What Size Should I Get?

There are many different variants of sizing for the Gloot Loops.

Based on your fitness level and exercise you choose to do that day you may want to mix it up!

Our strongest resistance band is (For movements such as Hip Thrust, People with smaller frames that may need a smaller loop, Experienced Gym-goers) ... 

The resistance bands one step down from the strongest (Best for ALL exercises, any level of experience, MOST Recommended!) ... 

Our light to medium band (Best for cardio, beginners, wider leg stance exercises) ...
